Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

 

  If your order is placed Monday through Thursday, your order will ship either the same day or the following business day. If your order is placed on Friday through Sunday, it will ship on that following Monday.

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package is sent out to you.

*For Jewelry, because they are handmade to order, they will take 3 weeks before shipping.

 

What are your shipping fees?

 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated through our shipping module and are based on location and package weight and will be displayed at the time of checkout. 

 

 How do I know that my order has been shipped?

 

  When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information that you can access at all times.

 

Do we ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?

 

  Since we ship using UPS/ Fed-ex, all orders must be shipped to a physical address.


Returns & Replacements

 Are returns free?

After the jewelry or shoes are made we cannot give refund but will allow exchanges as long as the items have not been worn. We suggest trying on the shoes on a carpeted floor. All returns must be made within 14 days.

 Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges or returns.

 


Ordering

 Can I make an exchange after placing an order?

We will gladly make exchanges but exchanges must be made fast before we begin making the shoe or jewelry.

Do we ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?

 

  Since we ship using UPS/ Fed-ex, all orders must be shipped to a physical address.

 

 What countries do you ship to? What about duties?

 

We will gladly ship to any international locations. Our international shipping rates vary from country to country. We ship internationally for $35 via USPS to most countries. International customers are responsible for any additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. All international sales are final.
